The Hen House is a new build dwelling on a former agricultural site on the outskirts of Winchester, Hampshire.

JWArchitecture secured planning permission for the change of use and the new dwelling, negotiating a complicated planning process to achieve a successful outcome for the client.

The design draws reference from the agricultural character of the site and the surrounding area, while creating a beautiful piece of contemporary architecture and a spacious, light filled home for the client.

Due for completion 2027.
