JWArchitecture provided detailed design, building regulations compliance, and construction support services for this residential development.

The project involved demolishing an existing commercial building at Bridge Road, Sarisbury Green to construct one detached and two semi-detached 3-bedroom houses and the tightly constrained site.  

Working in close collaboration with a local developer, we were able to deliver technical solutions and cost-saving advice while maintaining a high-end visual aesthetic.
